COVID-19 RESPONSE

In this time of uncertainty, the Brookhurst Plaza Inn assures you that your safety and comfort remain our highest priority. Our thoughts are with those who are affected by the covid-19 virus and those who are caring for them. Please find below an update on what we are doing to ensure maximum flexibility for your bookings and your well being when you stay with us.


Flexibility on your travel plans.

Individual Reservations.

The Brookhurst Plaza Inn will allow guests who have made bookings before June 30, 2020 for stays till 31st December 2020, to modify their reservations free of charge or receive a full refund for cancellation, where applicable. This is valid for bookings made directly with the hotel, from our brand website (www.brookhurstplazainn.com) or via phone call at (714) 999-1220.
For bookings made through a travel intermediary (e.g. travel agents, OTAs), please contact your booking provider for assistance.
For new reservations, we recognize the need for flexibility in your travel plans as well. Our flexible rates and special rates will now allow you to cancel up to 24 hours prior to your arrival. This is valid for bookings made directly with the hotel, from our hotel website (www.brookhurstplazainn.com).

Group Reservations

The Brookhurst Plaza Inn will allow groups who have made bookings before June 30, 2020 for stays till 31st December 2020, to modify their reservations free of charge, as long as the new booking takes place within 12 months from original booking date. A rate supplement may apply depending on the new dates. Exceptions will be taken care of on a case-by-case basis.
Doing Our Part to Limit the Pandemic
In this pandemic and global fight against Covid-19, we have stepped up precautionary measures to ensure that our hotel is a welcoming sanctuary for guests.

Measures under the campaign include:

We clean our hotel rigorously to ensure a comfortable stay for guests by implementing newly written strict guidelines for cleanliness and safety.
We care for employees by introducing additional measures that have been undertaken to create an environment that ensures their safety and well-being.
We have placed hand sanitizer stations at strategic locations throughout the hotel
We have labeled the hotel grounds with floor decals throughout the hotel to help remind guests and staff to socially distance
We remain committed to placing the safety and well being of our guests and employees as a top priority.
